My fathers heater went out several weeks ago and this company came and fixed it. We were told we needed s new heater unit. A couple weeks later we replaced the heating unit. Today , Dec 23rd in the late evening hours the thermostat went out. In a very short period of time my 89 year old fathers home was s merely 58 degrees. The weather outside is below zero with many road closures. We called them and Gary came out snd replaced the thermostat this is not only exceptional customer service but a kind and caring man. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
